Return & Shipping Policy

Return Policy:

 All returns are subject to a restocking fee.  Restocking fees can be up to 25% of the purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges, either in or out. Returns on orders with “free shipping” will not be refunded the costs of shipping incurred by Steel City Classic Mustangs Inc. Before returning items, customers must contact Steel City Classic Mustangs Inc. in order to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization will not be granted a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Steel City Classic Mustangs Inc. will not accept returns on “Special Orders” or “Built to Order” from customers.  The items Steel City Classic Mustangs Inc. designates as “Special Orders” or “Built to Order” include but are not limited to:  Any purchase of a Dynacorn Classic body built by Dynacorn Classic Bodies Inc.  These items for sale are a “Special Orders” or “Built to Order” item from Dynacorn Classic Bodies Inc. and are not returnable once the order has been placed and paid.  “Special Orders” or “Built to Order” items will be identified in the description of the item.

 

Shipping Policy:

Orders typically ship in 2-10 business days after being received. Some items we sell are “Special Orders” or “Built to Order,” please allow additional time for these non-stock items and also international deliveries. Please contact us if you need items rushed and we may be able to make arrangements for expediting your order.  Free Shipping offers will be listed with the individual item; If not listed as “Free Shipping” standard shipping rates will apply.
